Karolinska Institutets avdelningar och institutioner får in många frågor nu från både medarbetare och studenter om det nya coronaviruset. Det handlar om allt ifrån tjänsteresor och kommande föreläsningar till möjligheten att jobba eller studera hemifrån.

Det är fullt begripligt att det surrar av frågor i den här situationen och jag kan försäkra er att våra medarbetare gör vad de kan för att hinna svara på mejl och i telefon. I vissa lägen kan det dock ta lite extra lång tid att få svar för tillfället. Jag hoppas att det finns viss förståelse för det.

Informationen här ses över kontinuerligt och uppdateras i takt med att smittläget och kunskapsnivån utvecklas. Här finns även en del frågor och svar publicerade. The Coronavirus: Information to KI staff and students

The Karolinska Institutet’s departments and institutions receive many questions now from both staff and students about the new coronavirus. It is about everything from business trips and upcoming lectures to the opportunity to work or study from home.

It is perfectly understandable that questions are buzzing in this situation and I can assure you that we do what we can to answer incoming emails and phone calls. However, in some situations it may take some extra time to get an answer right now. I hope there is some understanding of that.

A lot of the answers to questions that are asked can be found in the information on KI’s Medarbetarportal. The information here is continuously reviewed and updated as the state of the spread of infection and the level of knowledge develops.
