Jag, övrig universitetsledning och våra ansvariga för MWLC är väl medvetna om den allvarliga situationen i Hongkong, och de ansvariga för MWLC är i kontakt med sina anställda för att försäkra sig om att allt är okej. De rapporter vi får från de anställda bekräftar att så är fallet.
Ledningen för MWLC är också i kontakt med Sveriges generalkonsulat i Hongkong. Vi följer händelseutvecklingen noga och kommer att uppdatera om något förändras.
Comment to the events in Hong Kong
KI has been operating in Hong Kong for several years through the Ming Wai Lau Centre for Reparative Medicine (MWLC). You can read more about this activity here: ki.se/mwlc
I, together with the rest of the university management and our team responsible for MWLC, are well aware of the serious situation in Hong Kong, and those responsible for MWLC are in contact with their employees to make sure that everything is okay. The reports we receive from the employees confirm that this is the case.
The management of MWLC is also in contact with the Swedish Consulate General in Hong Kong. We closely follow the development and will update if something changes.
